What if I receive my package and the cue is warped or the items are damaged?
Give us a call and we will get you taken care of right away! In the rare situation that you receive an order from BilliardZone and there are any issues with it right out of the box (before the cue is chalked or the item is used) we see that as unacceptable and will take care of the problem at no cost to the customer. We can issue a Prepaid return label to get the order back and send out a replacement. If there is obvious damage to the packaging or box that it came in we will file a damage claim with the shipping company so please make sure to hang on to the box and everything.
